Our goal is to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns and refunds to provide clarity and transparency.

Returns

Our reproductions are custom-made print-on-demand products, crafted specifically for your order. Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, except where required by law (e.g., the 14-day return right in the EU). However, we are committed to resolving any issues with defective or incorrect products.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: If your artwork arrives damaged during transit.
  • Print Errors: If the reproduction has printing issues, such as incorrect colors or quality defects.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong size or product (e.g., ordered 24x36 but received 18x24).

EU Customers: In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right to return your purchase for any reason, starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that, as these are custom-made products, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@printedmasterpieces.com within 30 days (or 14 days for EU non-defective returns). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (for defective or incorrect items). We’ll guide you through the process and coordinate with Prodigi to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we confirm a return request for a defective or incorrect product:
We will offer a replacement or a full refund of the product cost, based on your preference.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

For EU customers exercising the 14-day return right for non-defective products, refunds cover the product cost only and are processed after we receive the returned item.
Please note that colors in reproductions may slightly vary due to monitor settings, which is not considered a defect. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizes, and materials before ordering to ensure your selection meets your expectations.

Free Shipping Worldwide

We proudly offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, so you won’t incur additional shipping costs. In the rare case of a return, return shipping costs for non-defective products may apply, depending on your region’s regulations (e.g., EU 14-day return right).
