At PrintedMasterpieces, we are committed to delivering museum-quality Giclée reproductions of classic artworks to your doorstep with care and efficiency. We partner with Prodigi, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship our products worldwide. Below is our Shipping Policy to ensure a transparent and seamless experience.

1. Free Shipping Worldwide

We proudly offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, regardless of order size or destination. You will not incur any shipping costs when purchasing from [Your Brand Name]. This applies to all our markets, including the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, and Japan.

2. Processing Time

As our reproductions are custom-made to order, each product is printed and prepared by Prodigi after your purchase.  

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the product and production facility.  

During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the local production facilities used by Prodigi. We leverage Prodigi’s global network to print and ship from facilities closest to you, minimizing delivery times and environmental impact. Estimated delivery times after processing are:  

  • United States: 3–7 business days  
  • European Union: 3–10 business days  
  • Canada: 5–10 business days  
  • Australia: 5–12 business days  
  • Japan: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays). You will receive a tracking number (where available) once your order ships.

4. Local Production

To ensure faster delivery and reduce carbon emissions, Prodigi produces your order at a facility closest to your shipping address. For example:  

  • Orders in the US are typically printed and shipped from US-based facilities.  
  • Orders in the EU are fulfilled from European facilities.  
  • Orders in Australia are produced locally where possible.

For Japan, production may occur in a nearby region if local facilities are unavailable. Contact printedmasterpiecescom@gmail.com for specific details about your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and destination. If you don’t receive a tracking number or have issues accessing it, please contact us at printedmasterpiecescom@gmail.com.

6. Customs and Duties

As we offer free shipping worldwide, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are included in the order process where required (e.g., via IOSS for EU orders). However, in rare cases, additional customs fees may apply in certain countries (e.g., Japan). These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. [Your Brand Name] and Prodigi are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at printedmasterpiecescom@gmail.com. Note that address changes may not always be possible once the order is processed.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us at printedmasterpiecescom@gmail.com. We’ll work with Prodigi to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.  

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll coordinate with Prodigi to provide a replacement or refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

9. EU Consumer Rights

For customers in the European Union, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right to return non-defective custom-made products. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
